cooking video??????

OK so I got this crazy idea to do an on going video about what and how I cook. I need your input! The original video looked really good....it loses a lot on youtube. I think that it is also too long...which is why I can't have it directly on the blog..I need to shorten it or do two parts. Click on the link and let me know what you think!
